Swim Team Coach:


The Buffalo Grove Park District is currently seeking a Swim Coach.  Swim Coaches help to develop the competitive swimming skills and knowledge of program participants.  The swim coach will be responsible for coaching groups for either the Hurricanes or Cyclones swim team, attending and coaching at swim meets.  

Must have good communication skills with children as well as adults. This position requires evening and weekend hours - typically 2-4 days during the week.

Qualifications:

•    At least 18 years of age.

•    5+ years experience as a swimming instructor or coach preferred.

•    Experience as a competitive swimmer is preferred.

•    Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid.

•    Lifeguard certification is required.


Salary:  
$18 - $23 per hour depending on qualifications.
